During your sessions with Nicola, you’ll work together to:

  • build or refine what you need
  • understand how everything connects
  • make confident tech decisions without overwhelm

Because this is a done-with-you mentoring experience, ongoing hosting, plugin licences, maintenance, and monthly update support are not automatically included. Instead, these elements are not included and may be purchased separately if required – so you’re never paying for things you don’t need.

Have a question?

Yes – whether you’re starting out or refining an existing business, the BuildHER Signature Package is designed to meet you where you are. The mentoring is tailored to your stage and goals.

No. We can help you shape, refine or build clarity around these elements during your sessions. This is a collaborative, done-with-you process where you stay actively involved.

No. This is a done-with-you mentoring experience. We guide, support and implement collaboratively with you, but we do not operate as an outsourced agency or provide delegated build services unless agreed separately in writing.

Sessions are delivered remotely via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed). You can schedule them weekly, fortnightly or monthly within your 12-month programme period. Sessions are booked in advance and subject to reasonable availability.

If you choose to use your sessions sooner, that’s absolutely fine. Your payment plan remains in place as agreed – instalments are simply a payment method and do not reduce the total investment.

Ongoing hosting, plugin licences, maintenance and third-party subscriptions are not included unless explicitly agreed. We will guide you in selecting the right tools, and these can be arranged separately if required.

Yes – subject to availability. Additional sessions or ongoing support can be arranged separately once your package is complete.

Yes. Additional sessions can be purchased at our prevailing rates, subject to availability.

You remain in control of your business assets. You are responsible for hosting, licences and third-party services, and you may move providers at your discretion.

Once your agreement is signed and payment is received, we’ll onboard you and schedule your first session subject to availability.

Yes – additional edited images are available for purchase separately.
